Research Questionnaire

We  are fascinated about the thoughts, feelings and experiences of our clients and colleagues in the dental profession and are always looking to learn more about how these motivations determine their futures. To this end, we have devised a study in the form of a short questionnaire for both candidates and employers which should throw some light on job retention in dental practices and what keeps candidates in work and what makes them want to move on to new job opportunities. This should reveal where there are trends and patterns and where this is diversity. All responses are collected anonymously and after submitting your answers you will get a link to see summaries of all the results gathered.
